Prior to joining Wintergreen as a Principal, Rob served as Chief Financial Officer for a Critical Access Hospital, where he previously held leadership roles in primary care administration and as Interim Chief Financial Officer. He also concurrently served as CFO for multiple rural hospitals while providing consultative services to other healthcare organizations across rural New York. Rob brings more than 15 years of healthcare leadership and financial experience, with expertise in financial and operational turnaround, cash management, budgeting and auditing, staff development, and strategic planning.

Education

Rob holds an MBA and BS in Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York.  Additionally, Rob is a graduate of The Academy for Healthcare Leadership Advancement at Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business.  He resides with his family in Black River, New York.
